Privacy Policy (Private Beta)

• Account data -- the identity your sign-in provider asserts. RAAR does not collect a password; a third-party identity provider handles authentication.
• Content you create -- properties, underwriting inputs, investment profiles, watchlists, shortlists, notes -- everything you enter to use the platform.
• Usage data -- structured application logs and metrics (request paths, status codes, latencies). Raw request/response bodies are not logged.
• Device push tokens, only if you opt in to mobile push notifications -- never shown back to you or anyone else once registered.

RAAR does not sell personal data, does not run advertising, and does not share your account data with third parties except the external service providers below, each only for the specific purpose of producing the analysis you requested.

Property and market data displayed in RAAR may be sourced from third-party providers (property records, valuations, comparables, market statistics) and a free public geocoding service. This data is not independently verified against the underlying public record -- see the estimate accuracy disclaimer in the Terms of Service.

RAAR retains account and content data for as long as your beta access is active, plus a bounded window afterward for backup/restore purposes. There is currently no self-service deletion -- reply to your invite email to request deletion, and RAAR Ventures will remove your account and associated content across the platform. Data already captured in a backup snapshot ages out per its own retention window rather than being retroactively edited.

Access is authenticated, authorized, and isolated per organization at every layer of the platform. Contact support (reply to your invite email) with any security concern.
